History and Credentials
Garry A. Jones
Garry is a Certified Public Accountant in
both California and Ohio.
He spent 5+ years
in audit, tax, and management advisory service positions at Price
Waterhouse. His client base ranged from small businesses to large
multi-national corporations.
Garry has 9+ years
working in executive financial and management positions in various
industries. He formed his own firm in 1990. Experience involvement includes,
but is not limited to, manufacturing, construction, service, real estate,
litigation support, business valuations and planning.
He is a resourceful
problem solver with significant experience and a continued interest in
technology and its applications to business.
Business strategy development
and implementation, business process and
systems design, executive training, and profit enhancement are just a few of
his noted skills.
He is a member in
good standing in several professional groups such as, the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of Certified
Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Garry is a participating member in the AICPA Peer Review program.
In addition to being
a member of professional groups, he is the Chairman of California Society of
Certified Public Accountants, Channel Counties Chapter, Ventura CPA
Discussion Group. Garry was also a former Chairman of California Society of
Certified Public Accountants, Los Angeles Chapter, San Fernando Valley CPA
Discussion Group and currently a member of its Planning Committee.
He received the
Distinguished Service Award from the California Society of CPAs, Channel
Counties Chapter for 2005-2006.
He also teaches Construction Accounting at California State Dominguez Hills.
Garry has published
articles in the California CPA magazine as well as in the California Society
of Certified Public Accountants, Channel Counties Chapter Bulletins and has
made presentations to California Society CPA groups.
He keeps his skills
current by participating in numerous hours of continuing education
classes and pursues a quest for perpetual
betterment.
Most importantly he
possesses a sense of humor!

Lyuba Ross
In addition to her prior
hands-on business experience, Lyuba has strong analytical skills and the ability
to resolve issues. Accounting, taxation and strong technological skills are some
of her basic traits. She is proficient in QuickBooks and Enterprise Solutions
software,
obtaining certifications in both.
She possesses a Masters
Degree in Economics, has taken additional accounting and business classes, and
has passed the C.P.A. examination.
She is a member of the
California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She continues her education
by taking classes and attending professional events and presentations.

Vaishali Chhaya
With a combined 10 years of accounting experience , both
public accounting and industry , Vaishali is strong in the areas of accounting
and taxation. Her experience ranges from
large international companies to small local business enterprises. She is also
familiar with several accounting software packages including but not limited to
Solomon, JD Edwards, GL Inquiry, QuickBooks and Enterprise Solutions.
A
great general problem solver with a well versed background of experience. Very
quick on the uptake of new information and a witty personality make her
assistance ever more enjoyable.
She is a
Chartered Accountant – ranking 53rd in
India
- as well as a daughter of a Chartered Accountant and is in the final process
steps of receiving her Certified Public Accountant certificate from the State of
California.

Crystal Scavone
Crystal
is a staff accountant with a focus on tax.
Previously
with Ernst & Young in their tax department, she prepared
C
corporation, S corporation, partnership and individual income tax returns and
attended to related matters such as estimated tax payments, tax projections and
tax remediation issues.
She is a
graduate, with honors, from California
Polytechnic
State
University,
San Luis Obispo, California,
obtaining a Bachelor of Science: Business Administration with a concentration in
Accounting and a minor in Economics.
Crystal has been
taking continuing education courses and is proceeding on obtaining her Certified
Public Accountant Certificate.

Lena Wendell
Lena possesses several years of accounting
experience including audits, income tax preparation, formal and operational
accounting financial statements, payroll matters, etc. both in the public
accounting area as well as business environments.
She is well versed in the Microsoft Office suite
software, QuickBooks and functions comfortably in digital and paperless
environments.
She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in
Business/Economics, taken additional college classes in business law,
accounting, and finance. She has also taken a formal training class for
QuickBooks software. Her goal is to obtain her CPA certificate.

Andrew Jones
Andrew has over 8 years
experience working on computer systems. He is our resident computer tech. He is
extremely skilled in Windows XP, Windows Server 2000/2003, Linux, Microsoft
Office, LAN/WAN/VPN Networking, FTP, Network security, website setup/design,
ACT, QuickBooks and Enterprise Solutions setup, QuickBooks online setup, Lacerte
setup, remote desktoping, data conversion, the paperless office, data recovery,
and much more.
He also has significant involvement with accounting based
system design and implementation projects, data migration, user manual
documentation and user training.
He is currently a senior
at California State University Northridge completing his Bachelors Degree in
both Accounting & Business Information Systems.
Graduation is scheduled for May 2008.
